Helena Grossberg, MBA

Helena Grossberg was born in Belo Horizonte, MG, and raised in São Paulo, SP. She moved from Brazil when she was young, to the United States where she has now lived for over thirty years.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, also in Philadelphia, PA, with a concentration in International Trade. She also has a graduate degree in Human Resources from Kaplan University and a certificate from an Executive Communications Program from the University of Pennsylvania. 

After a successful career in the logistics industry servicing the international trade between Brazil and the United States, today she is the broker and owner of ALM Realty & Services, Inc., a real estate company dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors in South Florida. She is also a real estate instructor at the Gold Coast Schools and serves on the Professional Standards Board of the Miami Association of Realtors.

She is also a Supreme Court-certified mediator in Florida, Texas, and Georgia, as well as a court arbitrator, and FINRA arbitrator. Her work in this area is focused on dispute resolution on homes and business contracts. 

She can help you purchase, sell, invest, and rent your properties. She is always accessible and speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Helena Grossberg is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. As an impartial Neutral, she listens to the parties in a dispute carefully and objectively. Her role is to allow the principal participants in a mediation session to present their arguments and help them realize they can be a part of the solution and can find a resolution together, rather than leaving the case to a court to decide for them. Helena brings more than twenty years of business and negotiation experience to her role as a mediator, with key strengths focused on her ability to build interpersonal relationships with her peers and colleagues and her ability to act with kindness and compassion.
